Refunds:

Copper88 honours FULL REFUNDS on unused regular priced items (except face masks), within 30 days of you receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return items must be:

- in the same condition that it was received

- in it's orginal packaging

- accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We exchange items for size and for proudct that may be defective or damaged.

Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale items (if applicable) and Masks 
All SALE purchases and Face Masks are FINAL SALE, no refunds/exchanges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, and each institution varies. 
3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@copper88.com.

 

How to initiate your Retun/Exchange Request
Email sales@copper88.com to officially begin your return/exchange request process.

Mail your Exgange/Return to: 

171 E Liberty Street, Unit 301, Toronto ON, M6K 3P6

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received it will be inspected. After we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and confirm your refund approval or rejection status. 
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Note: The timeframes of receiving refunds vary depending your bank/credit insitiuion's processing time and policies.
